We specialize in Live-In Board & Train Programs and Private Dog Training Lessons

With over 30 years of training and caring for dogs, horses and other animals, you can rest assure that your dog is in the best care possible while at our 45 acre ranch in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Our Holistic method & Kinesthetic™ approach with dogs engages their body, mind and spirit to ensure your dog has a safe, positive and fun experience during their stay with us. We treat all our dogs like family, only taking up to 3 dogs or puppies at a time. Your dog will only be trained by the owner, Maryna Ozuna and not isolated all day in a kennel.

Our clients come from all over the Southwest and Mountain Regions of Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico to drop their dogs off at the Arizona Doggy Dude Ranch!

Puppy Development Program
Puppy Board & Train Program for 4-8 month olds

• Daily assessment of your dog’s physical health, structure, and movement.
• Daily email reports, and photographic and video documentation giving you a play by play recap of the day’s training of your dog in great detail with not only what they are doing well, but any obstacles we are encountering.

• A dog who is pleasant to be around, who you can actually enjoy.

• A dog who is mannerly at doorways, with your household and with your guests.

Board & Train for 8-18 month olds

Our Doggy Dude Ranch basics, plus an increasing emphasis on steadiness in public under increasigly challenging distractions, increasing duration of concentration and focus, and a full off leash recall.

Adult Overhaul Training Program
Board & Train Program for 19 month & older

The older a dog gets, the more hard wired their habitual behaviors become for better and unfortunately for worse. Often with an older dog we have to undo a string of negative behaviors before we can begin layering on the behaviors we do want to see. We work with you to develop an individual plan to shift negative behaviors that are affecting the quality of your and your dog’s life as well as layering on all of our Gold Standard benefits.

“My husband and I called Maryna for our 1.5 year old chocolate lab, Jackson. While he behaved fairly well around us, specifically when it was just the 3 of us inside the house, it was a whole other story when we had company or were out in public. He was completely out of control with barking and jumping.  Additionally, he did not respond to commands like, sit, stay or come when loose in our fenced in backyard.  We wanted to be able to take him everywhere with us since so many places are dog friendly,  but knew that we needed  help so we could trust him off leash and confidently take him with us in public (parks, stores, restaurants, etc).  Once we contacted Maryna and explained our situation, she knew exactly what to do.
